Laura Linney
Laura Linney, born February 5, 1964, in New York New York U.S.A. was an American actress known for portraying tough, yet vulnerable character. Linney was raised in a family of actors, as her father Romulus Linney is a playwright. In 1986, she received her degree in the class of 1986 from Brown University. She then trained in the Theatre Arts program at the Arts Theatre School Moscow before graduating from Juilliard School with a M.F.A. in New York City in 1990. The year 1990 was the year she started the beginning of her Broadway career. She received praise for both Hedda Gabrieller and Six Degrees of Separation.
